JW Marriott Hotel Dubai’s Cucina restaurant has welcomed its new Italian chef de cuisine, Francesco Antonino Bucca.
The international restaurant at Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City has undergone a revamp, with a refurbishment of its interior and a new menu concept.
Overseeing these changes is the new head chef, Francesco Bucca, who says the eatery will now focus on healthy Mediterranean cuisine.
The ITAlian Food Lab this year showcases the benefits of a traditional Mediterranean diet. Chefs involved include Giorgio Minnone, Andrea Brugnetti, Giacomo Gallina, Alfredo Albergatore, Francesco Bucca, Salvo Sardo, Davide Gardini and Matteo Mirandola.
